Working Mind Toys: Ideal for all dogs and puppies
Puzzle treat toys play a vital role in developing your puppy’s/ dog's cognitive abilities, enhancing problem-solving skills, and preventing boredom. They are also a delightful way to observe your puppy’s curiosity and determination in action. These toys typically come in varying levels of difficulty, often indicated by a number on the bottom right corner of the packaging. For optimal mental engagement, I recommend starting with two Level 1 puzzles and adding a Level 2 puzzle as your puppy/ dog progresses. Just as children benefit from a variety of toys to support their development, puppies thrive with multiple enrichment options. While not strictly required, having several puzzle toys on hand is strongly encouraged to keep your puppy mentally stimulated and engaged. remember that it is always best to supervise play with there items.
I love Nylabone products, but sometimes it can be a little difficult to get our pets to start chewing on them. Pro Tip: Spread pet safe peanut butter (natural & organic to avoid additives like Xylitol) in a thin layer on most surfaces of the toy, once the dog has licked off all of the peanut butter they will typically begin chewing to try to get more out of cracks and crevices and suddenly realize they like chewing on these bones.

Fish Oil- Studies show that the addition of fish oil during the first 16 weeks of life directly affects brain development. DHA In Brain Development Study I suggest that you add fish oil to Puppy's daily diet as quickly as possible. But, there are a lot of variabilities is the DHA quality of different supplements, here is a link to the brand that I recommend:
Slip leads (Essential)- You will need two different size slip leads to move forward in training, these specific slip leads are ideal because of added safety features, we will discuss in lessons how these work and why we are using them.
Training Treats: (Essential)- My favorite treats for training are Bil Jac chicken liver treats, these treats are soft, smell great to our pups and because I can break them into smaller pieces or crumble them, I have a lot more flexibility in luring and can use this to motivate the puppy or dog more quickly.
