Bacon is the new up and coming stud at Legend, he was purchase with the intent of running hunt tests and being a field stud, but his temperament has been so exceptional that Bacon's presence in our lives has inspired a whole new chapter.  Bacon's calm, loving, easygoing disposition is ideal for Service dog and Therapy dog work.  Having been a former Police Officer and previously volunteering with CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates for Children in Foster Care) I was very intrigued with Bacon's potential.

Allison is currently background checked and certified to handle Therapy dogs and Bacon is currently undergoing the certification phase to begin his official therapy career.  We expect him to be certified by the summer of 2019, Bacon will be the face of our new non for profit organization; Compassion Canine Advocacy Group, specifically service children victims of abuse and neglect.

Several breeders have already inquired about using Bacon as a stud in their Service dog breeding programs.  We plan to continue Bacon's field work, but his primary life mission will be to serve underprivileged children as a Therapy dog.
